Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is in perfect condition, with no signs of use, marks, or defects, and includes all original packaging and tags.

To proceed with a return, the customer must contact our customer support team, who will provide instructions for returning the product. Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, confirming it is in the same condition as when it was sent, the refund will be processed.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within up to 10 business days after the product condition is confirmed.
